SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors Of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Hausdorfer at 7:03 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Chairman
Phillip R. chwartze, Vice Chairman
Anthony L. land, Director
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. riess, Director
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive D rector; Robert G.
Boone, Finance Officer; Mary Ann Hanover, Agen y Secretary.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 7:04 p.m., for
discussion of legal matters, the Agency Secret ry being excused
therefrom. The Board reconvened at 9:36 p.m. n the Lobby area
of the City Hall in order to avoid disruption of the Planning
Commission meeting.

No action was taken on this item.
