ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Hausdorfer at 7:20 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Chairman
Phillip R. Schwartze, Vice Chairman
Anthony L. Bland, Director
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Mary Ann
Hanover, Agency Secretary; James S. Okazaki, City Attorney;
Cheryl Johnson, Recording Secretary.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 7:21 p.m., for
discussion of legal matters, the Agency Secretary being excused
therefrom, and reconvened at 7:49 p.m., with Vice Chairman
Schwartze absent.
BOARD ACTIONS
1. REDEVELOPMENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
CAPISTRANO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
(68.38) It was moved by Director Bland, seconded by Director Friess
and unanimously carried, with Director Schwartze absent, to
authorize the Agency Counsel to proceed with defense of
litigation initiated by the Capistrano Unified School
District, and to report on the status of the matter at the
meeting of November 15, 1983.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:50 p.m., to the next regular meeting date of
Tuesday, November 15, 1983, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
