ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Hausdorfer at 7:51 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Chairman
Phillip R. Schwartze, Vice Chairman
Anthony L. Bland, Director
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Mary Ann
Hanover, Agency Secretary; James S. Okazaki, City Attorney;
Cheryl Johnson, Recording Secretary.
BOARD ACTIONS
1. TAX INCREMENT AGREEMENT (COUNTY OF ORANGE) AND REDEVELOPMENT
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (CAPISTRANO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT)
(68.38) Chairman Hausdorfer advised that there was not action to be
taken on the agreements at this time.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:52 p.m., to the next regular meeting date of
Tuesday, November 1, 1983, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
