REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The meeting of the Board. of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano
Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Bland at 9:08 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Anthony L. Bland, Chairman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Vice Chairman
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Thomas G.
Merrell, Deputy Director; E. Phillip Hale, Finance Officer; Mary
Ann Hanover, Secretary; William D. Murphy, Director of Public
Works; James S. Okazaki, City Attorney; Cheryl Johnson, Recording
Secretary.
The Executive Director advised that the item for consideration
should be discussed at a Closed Session.
RECESS AND RECONVENE
The Board recessed at 9:10 p.m., to reconvene the San Juan
Capistrano City Council meeting, and reconvened at 9:44 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 9:44 p.m., for
discussion of personnel matters, the Secretary being excused
therefrom, and reconvened at 10:22 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 10:23 p.m., to the next meeting date of Tuesday,
November 30, 1982, at 7:00 p.m., in the San Juan Capistrano City
Council Chamber.
