HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
SPECIAL MEETING
A. ORGANIZATION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 5:00 p.m. – City Council Chamber
2. ROLL CALL: Chair Laura Freese, Vice Chair Nancy Campman-Crofts and
Committee Member Joanne Marquez
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Vice Chair Campman-Croft lead the Pledge of
Allegiance.
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
C. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Draft September 14, 2015 Housing Advisory Committee Minutes.
Vice Chair Campman-Croft motioned for approval, and Committee Member
Marquez seconded. Approved 3-0.
2. Draft September 16, 2015 Housing Advisory Committee Minutes.
Chair Freese noted the correct the spelling of a resident’s name, Bob Boyer, who
spoke on item G.1.
Vice Chair Campman-Croft motioned for approval with the correction identified by
Chair Freese, and Committee Member Marquez seconded. Approved 3-0.
E. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
F. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Reorganization of the Housing Advisory Committee: Selection of Chairman, Vice
Chairman (Project Manager: Laura Stokes, Housing Coordinator / Assistant
Planner and Secretary of the Housing Advisory Committee).
The Housing Advisory Committee made the following selections and
appointments for the upcoming 2016-2017 term:

Nancy Campman-Croft was selected as Chair.
Committee Member Marquez made a motion, seconded by Committee Member
Freese to select Committee Member Campman-Croft as Chair. The motion
passed by a 3-0 vote
Joanne Marquez was selected as Vice-Chair.
Committee Member Freese made a motion, seconded by Chair Campman-Croft
to select Committee Member Marquez as Vice-Chair. The motion passed by a 3-
0 vote.
G. COMMISSION/STAFF COMMENTS:
None.
H. ADJOURNMENT: The Committee adjourned to the next regular meeting.
