The Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

1. Approval of Draft Minutes of November 25, 2014: By motion duly -made and
seconded, the Commission approved the subject minutes as submitted by a 5-0
vote.

1. Consideration to establish and Ad -Hoc Committee to review the Blas
Aguilar Adobe Memorandum of Understanding (Project Manager:
Charles View, Development Services Director)
Mr. View made a presentation and responded to questions.
The Commission received public testimony from:
• Tom Ostensen
• Jerry Nieblas
The Chair called Domingo Belardes and Angela Mooney D'Arcy for questions.
Adoption of Motion
Chair Banda made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Porter, to postpone
consideration of the appointment of an Ad -Hoc Committee until receipt of additional
direction from the City Council, and request staff provide them an update at the next
meeting. The motion passed by a 5-0 vote.
AYES: Chair Banda, Vice -chair Siegel, Commissioners Porter, Bonney, and
DeHaan.
NOES: None

I. INFORMATION ITEM:
J. STAFF & COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioner Porter requested that staff provide information regarding a letter from
Hamilton Oaks Winery discussing the Swanner House at the next meeting. Commissioner
Porter inquired about photography in the Los Rios Historic District.
Vice -Chair Siegel discussed the Walking Tour Maps
Chair Banda discussed the 4 Directions Gala on January 31, 2015.
Charlie View provided an update on the SDG&E substation project.

There being no further business, the Chairman adjourned at 6:01 p.m. to the next regularly
scheduled meeting for Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
