1. Approval of the Draft June 24, 2014, Meeting Minutes. Commissioner Porter
made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Bonney, to approve the minutes.
The motion passed by a 3-0 vote with Chair Banda and Vice -Chair Siegel
abstaining.
2. Approval of the Draft August 26, 2014, Meeting Minutes. Commissioner Siegel
made a motion, seconded by Commissioner DeHaan, to approve the minutes.
The motion passed by a 5-0 vote.

I. INFORMATION ITEM
Review of the Historic Preservation_ Strate-gy for City -Owned
Properties (Project Manager: Sergio Klotz).
Sergio Klotz made the staff presentation and the Commission provided comments.
J. COMMISSION/STAFF DISCUSSION
1. Secretary Nick Taylor inquired about the Commissioners' availability during the
holidays.
2. Commissioner Porter provided an update on the Montanez Adobe, and Ghost
Tours. Commissioner Porter also discussed the Walking Tour brochures.
3. Commissioner DeHaan discussed a Historical Society event at the Community
Center.
4. Commissioner Bonney inquired about the Secretary of the Interior's Standards.
5. Commissioner Siegel discussed the Historical Society BBQ occurring on September
7, 2014.
K. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman adjourned at 5:12 p.m. to the next regularly
scheduled meeting for Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 5:48 p.m. in the Council
Chambers.
