E. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Approval of the Draft July 22, 2014, Meeting Minutes. Commissioner Porter made
a motion, seconded by Commissioner DeHaan, to approve the minutes. The
motion passed by a 4-0 vote.
F. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS:

G. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 13-019. San Juan
Medical Center; a request for approval of a Historic Depiction Program for a
medical office building located at 31001 Rancho Viejo Road (APN: 650-592-01 &
02)(Applicanl: Ware Malcomb) (Project Manager: David Contreras, Senior Planner).
Vice -Chair Siegel made a motion, seconded by Commissioner DeHaan, to approve
the Historic Depiction Program for the San Juan Medical Center
The motion passed by a 4-0 vote.

J. COMMISSION/STAFF DISCUSSION
1. Commissioner Porter requested a phone call verifying attendance for the meetings,
discussed the Orange County Docent League's annual event, and Montanez Adobe
cracking.
2. Commissioner DeHaan discussed the Orange County Birthday Celebration
occurring on September 13, 2014.
3. Commissioner Siegel discussed the Historical Society BBQ occurring on September
7,2014.

There being no further business, the Chairman adjourned at 5:12 p.m. to the next regularly
