H. NEW BUSINESS:
Consideration of Tentative Tract Map (TTM)17626, Conditional Use Permit 13-08,
Architectural Control (AC) 13-23, Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 13-03, Tree
Removal Plan, Form Based Code Administrative Modifications, San Juan Hotel &
Villas; a request for approval of development applications for a proposed mixed use
project including about 2,700 square feet of commercial/retail building area; a 136 -room,
three-story hotel with accessory facilities and a two-level, subterranean parking garage;
33 three-story, single-family, semi-detached residential homes on a 3.17 acre parcel
located at 31882, 31878, and 31872 Camino Capistrano (Assessor Parcel Numbers:
124-160-37, 51, and 52)(Applicant: Urban Village) (Project Manager: Bill Ramsey).
This item was continued to the March 11, 2014 Special Meeting of the Cultural
Heritage Commission.
2. Reorganinzation of the Cultural Heritage Commission; Selection of Chairman and
Vice -Chairman
Nathan Banda was unanimously elected as Chairman of the Cultural Heritage
Commission.
Jan Siegel was unanimously elected as Vice -Chair of the Cultural Heritage
Commission.

J. COMMISSION/STAFF DISCUSSION:
Staff discussed recent improvements to the Montanez Adobe.
J. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Banda adjourned the meeting to the Special Meeting of Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at
5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
