Consideration of Architectural Control 13-016, and Sign Permit 13-016, Modification
to AC 96-005, Del Taco; a request for approval of design plans to change the
building color olor palette, building mounted lighting fixtures, install building mounted
murals which will be illuminated by new gooseneck lighting, replace two existing
building mounted signs on the east and west elevations, and install a new north
elevation building mounted sign for the building located and at 31780 Del Obispo
Street, generally located 300 feet south of Ortega Highway (Assessor Parcel
Number: 668-241-27) (Applicant: Del Taco, LLC) (Project Manager: Laura Stokes,
Housing/Redevelopment Coordinator). Staff recommended that the Commission
adopt a resolution conditionally approving the proposed project. Chairman Cohen
opened the public hearing and having no residents with testimony present, closed
the Public Hearing.
