The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

1. Consideration of the draft February 11, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Approved by a 3-0-1
vote (Commissioner Chaffee abstained).
2. Consideration of the draft March 10, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Approved by a 3-0-1
vote (Chairman Cohen abstained).

E. NEW BUSINESS:

F. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Continued Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 14-027, Blenheim
Farms; to allow the construction of a 3,023 square foot addition to the caretakers'
residence building, a 2,450 square foot basement, and a 2,345 square foot garage,
on a 10.43 acre parcel located at 28801 San Juan Creek Road (Assessor Parcel
Number 664-111-06).
Nick Taylor made the staff presentation.
Rob Williams provided testimony.
Adoption of Motion
Commissioner Chaffee made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Gardiner to
approve the Architectural Control (AC) 14-027. The motion passed by a 4-0 vote.
AYES: Chair Cohen, Commissioners Roy Nunn, Evan Chaffee, and ian
Gardiner.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
