F. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Consideration of Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 14-014, Tree Removal
Permit TRP 15-008 Rosen hain Residence• a request for approval of a grading
plan and tree removal permit to remove 53 trees, for construction of a single family
residence, pool house, garages, and recreational vehicle and horse trailer barn; the
applicant also requests approval of a metal roofing material on a proposed
accessory structure, located on a 2.23 acre parcel at 32232 Cook Lane (Assessor
Parcel Number 673-061-06). (Applicant: Sheila Wright, Toal Engineering) (Project
Manager: Nick Taylor, Associate Planner).
Nick Taylor made the staff presentation.
Adoption of Motion
Commissioner Nunn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Gardiner to
approve Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 14-014 and Tree Removal Permit (TRP)
15-008, and confirm the Director's approval of corrugated metal roofing on the
RV/horse trailer accessory structure. The motion passed by a 4-0 vote.
AYES: Chairman Sheldon Cohen, Commissioners Roy Nunn, and Ian
Gardiner.
