next meeting.

F. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Consideration of Grading -Plan Modification GPM 14-014 Tree Removal
Permit (TRP) 15-008, Rosenhain Residence; a request for approval of a grading
plan and tree removal permit to remove 53 trees, for construction of a single family
residence, pool house, garages, and recreational vehicle and horse trailer barn; the
applicant also requests approval of a metal roofing material on a proposed
accessory structure, located on a 2.23 acre parcel at 32232 Cook Lane (Assessor
Parcel Number 673-061-06). (Applicant: Sheila Wright, Toal Engineering) (Project
Manager: Nick Taylor, Associate Planner).
Adoption of Motion
Commissioner Nunn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Gardiner to
continue the item to February 11, 2015. The motion passed by a 4-0 vote.
AYES: Chairman Sheldon Cohen, Vice -Chair Tim Neely, Commissioners Roy
Nunn, and Ian Gardiner.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
G. INFORMATION ITEM:
None.
H. COMMISSION/STAFF UPDATES:
Vice Chair Neely inquired about the Medical Office Building project equipment well and
recommended changing the paint/color to blend with the tile.
