Land Use Code, Section 9-5.103 Housing In -Lieu Fee; a Proposed Amendment
Reduce the CitV's Housina In -Lieu Fee by 10% (Project Manager: Laura Stoke
Housing/Redevelopment Coordinator).

to adopt a resolution approving the proposed code amendment and recommending
the City Council approve Code Amendment 12-02 to amend Land Use Code
Section 9-5.103, reducing the Housing In -Lieu Fee by 10%. The motion passed by a
6-1 vote.
