2. Consideration of Architectural Control (AC) 12-006, Capistrano Collection: a reauest
for review of proposed architectural and site improvements to the commercial center
located at 27184 Ortega Highway, generally located 150 feet west of Rancho Viejo
Road (APN: 666-241-08) (Applicant: Keith Ray. Fortus Property Group) (Proiect Manaaer:
David Contreras, Senior Planner).
Adoption of Motion
Commissioner Cohen made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Parkhurst to
refer the project to the Design Review Committee (DRC) for review of the colors,
materials, and architectural details and with final action by the Planning
Commission. The motion passed by a 6-0 vote.
