This project has been reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) and the City's Environmental Administrator has determined that the project is ex-
empt from further review. A Notice of Exemption (NOE) will be posted should the project
receive final approval.
Those desiring to be heard in favor of, or opposition to, this item will be given an opportu-
nity to do so during such hearing. Written information pertaining to this item must be sub-
mitted to the City Clerk by 5:00 p.m., on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 32400 Paseo Adelanto,
