It is a policy of the City Council that subdivision tract identification modes that would
identify a tract as being equestrian oriented, such as signing, logos, names, street names
and entryway treatments, shall only be utilized if fifty-one percent (51%) or more of the total
number of lots within a tract are capable of, and in fact permit, maintaining horses.
