I don't believe my ancestors would approve of forcing San Juan taxpayers to pay for property that they are excluded from using. My ancestors maintained the property as open space. The taxpayers of San Juan Capistrano were promised open space. We are being taxed for open space. We deserve to use the open space that was promised to us.
