I ride this trail at least 2 or 3 times a week and the majority of mountain bikers, baby stroller, dog walkers and equestrians have made this trail work for approximately 40 years. If it works don't fix it. I do realize that a bike trial to connect to the exiting bike trail on Calle Arroyo is needed but believe that an alternate route would be safer for all. I would like to suggest that the city look at working with Cal Trans on helping build a bike trail between the citrus groves and Ortega highway. Bike trails are part of our transportation taxes and I believe this would be safer for all. I have attached a few photos to give you an idea of what I believe would be the safest for all. Poop happens which could cause a bicycle accident and horses slip on the slick asphalt and when they fall cause serious injuries to riders. 10 t r' L 1S` This trail has worked for 40 years let's try and keep it that way Sent from my Wad 12
