Resolution Number SACRA 12-12-11-02SACRA RESOLUTION NO. 12-12-11-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CONVEYING AND QUITCLAIMING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER (APN) 124-190-24 TO THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO WHEREAS, the former Redevelopment Agency acquired APN 124-190-24 (Property) from the Capistrano Unified School District pursuant to the Amended and Restated Agreement for Cooperation between the City of San Juan Capistrano (City), former Redevelopment Agency and the Capistrano Unified School District, dated January 7, 1986, to be conveyed to the City for a governmental/public purpose; and, WHEREAS, the transaction was properly recorded on the City's financial records, however fee title to the Property remained vested with the former Redevelopment Agency; and, WHEREAS, the Successor Agency included the Property on the List of Property approved by Resolution 12-05-15-01, and designating the Property as a governmental use; and, WHEREAS, the Oversight Board of the SuccessorAgency has approved the designation as a governmental use property and the transfer of the Property to the City; and, LWHEREAS, the Department of Finance has approved the transfer of the Property to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Successor Agency of the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency does hereby approve the quitclaim (Exhibit "A") of the Agency's property rights, title or interest to APN 124-190-24 to the City of San Juan Capistrano. SECTION 1. Direct the Successor Agency Secretary to process the Quitclaim Deed for recording with the Orange County Recorder's Office. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 111" day of December 2012.
