NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
A public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, California 92675 to consider the proposed issuance by the Independent Cities Finance Authority (the "Authority") of its mobile home park revenue refunding bonds in one or more series in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $40,000,000 (the "Authority Bonds") pursuant to Chapter 8 of Part 5 of Division 31 of the California Health and Safety Code.
The proceeds from the sale of the Authority Bonds, if any are issued, are intended to be used to make a loan to Millennium Housing, LLC, a California limited liability company, or an affiliate thereof (the "Borrow/er") to be used to, along with other funds available to the Borrower, (i) refund certain revenue bonds previously issued by the Authority, the pro-ceeds of which were loaned to Millennium Housing Corporation, a California nonprofit pub-lic benefit corporation, to finance the acquisition and renovation of a mobile home park with 312 spaces known as San Juan Mobile Estates located at 32302 Alipaz St., San Juan Capistrano, California 92675 (the "Project"), (ii) finance additional renovations to be made to the Project, (iii) provide additional funding for the rental assistance fund and (iv) finance certain costs of issuing the Authority Bonds. The Borrower will be the owner and operator of the Project.
This public notice is intended to comply with public notice requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Project is required to be occupied in part by persons of low and very low income in accordance with California laws and the re-
quirements of Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Further information on this matter may be obtained from, and written comments may be
submitted to, the City Clerk of the City of San Juan Capistrano at 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, California 92675. Written comments may be submitted any time pri-or to the hearing. Any person may appear and comment at the hearing. Subsequent to the public hearing, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano will consider ap-proving the issuance of the Authority Bonds,
