Approve Amendment #2 to and Termination of the Agreement for Modifications to Water Facilities to Serve Tract 14196 for the Pacifica San Juan Project; and approve Water Facilities Reimbursement Agreement. 2. Direct the City Clerk to process the recordings of the Agreements with the Orange County Recorder. SITUATION: In preparing the Water Facilities Reimbursement Agreement for the Neely Property, it was determined that the Orange County Tax Assessor Numbers (APN) for the Neely Parcels had changed and while the agreement was updated, the staff report included the previous Assessor Parcel Numbers. The correct Assessor Parcel Numbers for the Neely Property are 675-341-08, 09, 10 and 11 and 675-331-19, 20, 21 and 22. There is no change to the scope of the agreement or the properties included in the agreement.
