Resolution Number 14-03-18-07 RESOLUTION NO. 14-03-18-07 _ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of San Juan Capistrano sustained additional expenses during Fiscal Year 2013-2014 to complete the Proposition 50 Grant projects that were not budgeted for in the specific Capital Improvement Budgets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby amend the City's Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Capital Improvement Program as depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
