A Reimbursement Agreement for Drainage Facilities was approved by the City Council
On January 7, 2003. An original executed agreement will be issued to you upon receipt
of required documentation related to agreement terms under Section 4.
Liabilitv/lnsurance and Section 5. Surety Bonds.
I have enclosed copies of pages 2 and 3 of the agreement, to assist you in providing the
required documentation. Insurance evidence may be faxed to (949) 493-1053,
