Council Action: Moved by Council Member Reeve, seconded by
Council Member Allevato, and carried unanimously to approve a Changer Order in the amount
of $57,750.00 with a 10% contingency for a total of $63,525.00 to the Construction Contract
with Peterson-Chase Engineering Construction, Inc. for the Dei Obispo Street Widening from
Alipaz Street to Paseo Adelanto Project for the Trabuco Creek Bridge Approach Repair
Improvements.
