California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on
behalf of the SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY pursuant to authority confirmed by unanimous approval of
the Board of Directors of the SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY adopted on November 19, 1991 and May 5,
