The City Council of the :aty of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. -hat the City ':ounuil of the City of San Juan Capist-
rano shall meet on the sec -:nd and fourth lionday of each and every mon-
th at the hour of 7:30 P.F. at the crnincil meeting glace at 31782 Cam-
ino Capistrano.

SECTION 2• Pursuant, to the provisions of Section.36937 of the
Government Code of the State of California, this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately for the followin? reasons:
The City of San Juan Capistrano became duly incorporated on April
19, 1961, and its City Council is without ordinance or other law under
which to establish the time and pla^e for holding re ular meetings of
the council. It is essential to the citizens of San Juan Capistrano
that they be advised of the time and pla.-:e of the meetings of their
newly elected City Council and that this Ordinance take effect immed-
iately properly to establish snch place and time.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop-
tion of this Ordinance by the City 7euncil of the City of San Juan
Capistrano at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of April, 1961 and
shall cause the same to be published in the Coastline Dispatch within
fifteen days after its passage.
Passed, approved and adopted this 24th day of April, 1961.

The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby designate the four
public plates for the posting of certain resolutions of the City of San Juan
Capistrano as follows:
1. Council Meetings Place at 31752 Camino Capistrano.
2. United States Post Office of San Juan Capistrano.
3. San Juan Elementary School.
4. Office of the Coastline Dispatch.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36937 of the
Government Code of the State of California, this Ordinance shall take effect
i.amediately for the following reasons:
The City of San Juan Capistrano became duly incorporated on April
19, 1961, and its City Council is without ordinance or other law under which

valid action can be taken by the City Council in those instance where post-
