AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING TEE "PRECISE ZONING
MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION
3.01.3, TO BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 2"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate,
restrict andseparate uses of land, buildings and structures in providing for the
orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map" as
adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as
"Amendment No. 2", as the same is shown on Exhibit "A", attachgd hereto and by this
reference made a. part hereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned. P -D "Planned Development" District,
more generally describedas lying at the Southwest corner of Camino Del Avion and
Alipaz Street, in the City of San Juan Capistrano, is hereby declared zoned "C -2-A,
Restricted General Business" District.
SECTION 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular met-
ing held
eet-ing-held on the 1st day of August 1966, and. shall cause the same to be published in
the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1966.
