AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING
MAP" AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION
3.01.3, TO BE DESIGNATED "AMENDMENT NO. 1"
The City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That to promote the general welfare and classify, regulate,
restrict and separate the uses of land, buildings and structures in providing for
the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise Zoning Map"
as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated
as "Amendment No. 1"; also reflected by Exhibit "A" made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: That portion of land now zoned U-1 Unclassipied, more generally
included within the boundaries of Tentative Tract No. 6244 in the City of San
Juan Capistrano, is hereby declared zoned "R-1, Single Family" District.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this ordinance by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano at a regular
meeting held on the 27th day of June 1966, and shall cause the same to be published
in the Coastline Dispatch within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
