Ordinance Number 3184®3 ORDINANCE NO. 318 PREZONE 76-13 (MOGAN) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PREZONE 76-13 FROM A-1 (GENERAL AGRICULTURE, ORANGE COUNTY DESIGNATION) TO RS (SINGLE FAMILY) AND 70 -RS (20,000) FOR APPROXIMATELY 16+ ACRES LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY'S SPHERE OF INFLUENCE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the proposed application for change of zoningo—ri�more or less acres located at the southeasterly terminus of Via Escolar within the City's Sphere of Influence, and identified herein as Assessor's Parcel No. 650-011-07, is consistent with the General Plan of the City of San Juan Capistrano and development thereof will conform to the standards of Ordinance No. 293. SECTION 2. Upon annexation to the City of San Juan CapistranofRe suU ect property shall possess the classification indicated on the detailed prezoning map (see Exhibit "A"). Such prezoning map shall become a part of the City's Official Zoning Map and shall thereafter be subject to all provisions of the Land Use Management Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force 3 a�d-ys alter its passage. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Or finance and cause the same to be posted in the duly designated posting places within the City of San Juan Capistrano within 15 days after its passage.
