Council hereby adopts this Conflict of Interest Code.

SECTrox 3, Disclosure, Members of the City Council are
required, pursuant to Government Code Section 57200, to disclose f
investment~, interests in real property and income. No other or
no addition-1 disclosure requirements are imposed by this Conflict
of Interest Code.
SECTON 4. Circumstances Requiring Disqualification.
Any member of the Cltv Council, whether acting . a Council riesiber
or as governing board Member or commissioner of any City a-ency,
must disqualify himself or herself from making or participating; in
the making of any decisions whick will foreseeably ha�•e a material
financial effect, distinguishable from its effect oil the public

generally, on any economic interest, as defined in Government Code
Section 57103. No member shall be prevented from making or partici--
