Resolution Number 10-12-07-08RESOLUTION NO. 10-12-07-08 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE LOCAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE JURISDICTIONAL RUNOFF WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Regional Water Quality Control Board adopted Order No. R9- 2009-0002 on December 16, 2009, which required the City to amend its existing Local Implementation Plan for the Jurisdictional Runoff Water Quality Management Program, in order to document the City's commitments and activities to achieve and maintain compliance with the provisions of the Order; and WHEREAS, revisions to the City's Local Implementation Plan have been developed to reflect the requirements of Order No. R9-2009-0002, and to guide the City's activities in conducting and enforcing the runoff water quality management program in compliance with the Order; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano t hat the revised Local Implementation Plan for the Runoff Water Quality Management Program, which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" by reference, is hereby adopted subject to conditions as directed by the City Council or to minor corrections or updates as may be found necessary by the City Manager or City Attorney, or designee, and is hereby authorized for submittal to the Regional Water Quality Control Board by December 16, 2010, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2010 t ..
