Resolution Number 09-12-01-07RESOLUTION NO. 09-12-01-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING "NO STOPPING 7:00 A.M. -- 9:00 A.M. AND 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. MONDAY - FRIDAY" ON CAMINO LACOUAGUE FROM ITS SOUTHERLY TERMINUS NORTHERLY 150 FEET AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 09-11-03-01 WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has recommended that certain areas on Camino Lacouague, as herein described, be designated as "No Stopping"; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public health, safety and welfare will be promoted by designating the hereinafter described area as a "No Stopping" zone; and, WHEREAS, it is established by Ordinance that the City Council may, by Resolution, designate certain streets or portions of streets as "No Stopping" zones, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby designate the following portions of Camino Lacouague to be a "No Stopping 7:00 a.m.-- 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. Monday.- Friday" zone: Camino Lacouague, Easterly and Westerly Sides, from it southerly terminus 40 feet southerly of the centerline of Via Buena Vista, then northerly 150 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution supersedes Resolution 09-11-03-01. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this I" day of D*cber 2009. R.
