A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 103, RELATING TO APPROVAL
OF THE "ROSENBAUM" ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano
finds that it is in the best interests of the City to approve the
"Rosenbaum" Annexation to the City of San Juan Capistrano; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and does approve of
Ordinance No. 103 which does approve of the "Rosenbaum Annexation".
NOW THEREFORE•, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Juan
Capistrano adopt and it does hereby adopt Ordinance No. 103 entitled
"An Ordinance of the City of San Juan Capistrano Approving the An-
nexation to the City of San Juan Capistrano of the Territory Known
as "Rosenbaum" Annexation" as an ordinance of the City of San Juan
Capistrano,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1964,
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, by the following vote, to_wit:
