A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ADOPTING MISSION VIEJO
GENERAL PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT WITH EXCEPTIONS,
WHEREAS, the developers of the area to the North of the City
have submitted a general plan of development for consideration by
the City of San Juan Capistrano in the event said area is annexed
to the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said general plan of
development and finds that it is in the best interests .of the City
to.adopt said plan with the exception of the "Services and Facilities
Component" thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano that it approve and adopt and it does hereby.
approve and adopt the General Plan of Development of Mission Viejo
with the exception of the "Services and Facilities Component" of
said General Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22 day of June, 1964,
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, by the following vote, to wit:

OLIVARES and DURNFORD
