Resolution Number 64-4-20-1RESOLUTION NO. 64-4_20-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS CAMINO DEL AVION ANNEXATION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano did on the 26th day of November, 1963, receive a written petition asking that certain 363 territory described in said petition be annexed to the City of San Juan Capistrano; and WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 63-1'_-26-1, designating the said proposed annexation as CAMINO DEL AVION ANNEXATION; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 27th day of January, 1964, at the hour of 8:00'o'cfock P.M., at the City Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of San Juan Capistrano, as the day, hour and place when and where the City Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of any real property within the territory proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held on said date and was continued from time to time until the 23rd day of March, 1964; and WHEREAS, said continued hearings on protests were held on said dates; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does find and declare that a majority protest has not been made.
