RESOLUTION NO. 64-2_10-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CORRECTING NUNC PRO TUNC
CERTAIN CLERICAL ERRORS IN THE DESCRIPTION OF
CAPISTRANO BEACH MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 27th day of January, 1964, after notice and
hearing required by law, this City Council did, by its Resolution No. 64-1-27_1
form and establish Capistrano Beach Maintenance District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, and prior to the 1st day of February, 1964, the City
Clerk -Administrator did forward a certified cony of said Resolution to the State _
Board of Equalization of the State of California and to the County Assessor of
the County of Orange, together with a map showing the courses and distances called
forth in the description of said Capistrano Beach Maintenance District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, that although said description was declared to be definite and
certain by the County Boundary Commission, it has come to the attention of this
Council that, through clerical error and inadvertance, said description follows,
along its Southerly boundary, the former City boundary of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, when it was the expressed intention of the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano to follow the existing City boundary of said City; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the City Council of the City
Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano to correct said clerical error, nunc
pro tunc, so that the documents on file in the office of the State Board of Equali-
zation and the County Assessor are true and correct and properly reflect the
original intention of the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano that its Resolution No. 64-1-27-1 be and the same is hereby corrected,
nunc pro tune, in the following particulars only:
1. That the legal description of Capistrano Beach Maintenance District
No. 1 be corrected by deleting therefrom the following calls:
Nos. 22, 23, 24 and 25, amd substituting in lieu thereof the following calls:

2. That the map of the Capistrano Beach Maintenance District No. 1 be
corrected to reflect the changes in courses and distances set forth above.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk -Administrator be and he is

hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the State Board
of Equalization and to the County Assessor and Deputy County Surveyor of the
County of Orange and that a corrected map accompany the certified copies of this
Resolution.
