A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF S.0 JUAN CAPISTRANO
ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 78, RELATING TO THE AD-
OPTION OF A SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP.
9111EREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano
i
finds that it is in the best interest of the City to adopt a sec-
tional District Map defining the territory within the R -P, Resi-
dential -Professional District; and
11HEREAS,,the City Council has reviewed and does approve of
Ordinance No 78 which adopts such a sectional district map.
NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Juan
Capistrano adopt and it does hereby adopt Ordinance No. 78 entitled
"An Ordinance of the City of Sar, Juan Capistrano Amending Ordinance
No. 5 and Adopt}ng Sectional I.1ap Defining the Boundaries of the R -P,
Residential -professional District within the City of San Juan Capi-
strano, California" as an ordinance of the City of San Juan Capi-
strano.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23th day of October, 1963
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, by the following *rote, to wit:

OLIVARES and BATHGATE
