RESOLUTION NO. 62-11-26-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFOM-A TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EN-
FORCEMENT OF CERTAIN REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO
MOBILEHOME PARKS
WHEREAS, after numerous conferences between the City of San Juan Capistrano
and the Department of Building and Safety of the County of Orange, and the enact-
ment of a mobilehome park ordinance, this city is now in a position to assume
responsibility, through its contractual arrangements with the County of Orange,
for the enforcement of Part 2, of Division 13, of the Health and Safety Code of
the State of California, Section 18000, et. seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City Clerk -Administrator
of the City of San Juan Capistrano transmit a duly certified copy of this Reso-
lution to the Division of Housing and that such duly certified copy shall constitute
written notice to the Division of Housing that this City, effective January 1, 1963,
to the responsibility outlined in Section 18010 of the Health and Safety Code, and
that the Superintendent of Building and Safety of the County of Orange shall enforce
the appropriate provisions of the State, as well as the City law governing the
subject.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 26th day of
November, 1962.
