Resolution Number 68-5-6-2� e i RESOLUTION NO. 68-5-6-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF SECTION 2156 STREET PROGRESS AND NEEDS REPORT AND ORDERING SAME TO BE FILED WITH THE STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano is in receipt of the Section 2156 Street Progress and Needs Report cover- ing the needs of the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California as prepared by its City Engineer, Jack Y. Kubota; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the local adopted Master Plan of Streets and Highways has been followed in preparing the road systems for this Section 2156 study and report; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered and reviewed said report and finds that it accurately reflects the street needs of the City; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that said report be filed forthwith with the State Division of. Highways. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that it acknowledge receipt of and accept the Section 2156 Street Progress and Needs Report to which reference has been made. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to file said report at once with the State Division of Highways of the State of California. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 7th day of May, 1968.
