RESOLUTION NO. 58-4-1-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEED (DL 57-104)
10MEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended to the City
Council that it accept and record an easement deed encumbered by
the Southern California Edison Company in connection with the Re-
subdivision of Tract No. 5427, Lot 51; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best in-
terests of the City to accept and record said easement deed,
NO1.9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano that it accept and it does hereby accept that
certain easement deed encumbered by the Southern California Edison
Company.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
bereby authorized and directed to cause said easement deed, so en-
cumbered, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this let day of April, 1908,
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, by the following vote, to wit:
