A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU -CIL OF THE CITY

HEREAS, in connection ;ith Division of Land No. o8-101,
i4r. Allan and Idr. 3rown have tendered and irrevocable offer to con-
vey the easement required; and,
WHEREAS, subject to clearance by the City Engineer, the City
Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to accept)
such irrevocable offer to convey and easement.
NO11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cityl
of San Juan Capistrano that it accept and it does hereby accent that
certain irrevocable offer to convey an easement in connection with
Division of Land No 68-101, subject only to clearance by the City
Engineer.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to record said irrevocable offer to
convey and easement in the office of the County Recorder as soon as
there has been clearance by the City Egnineer.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this ist day of April, 1968,
