RESOLUTION NO. 66-7_18_1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DECLARING THERE WAS A NO
MAJORITY PROTEST IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE ANNEXATION OF CAPISTRANO SHORES
WHEREAS, on this date after due and proper notice as required by law a
public hearing was held on the proposed "Capistrano Shoves" Annexation; and
WHEREAS, the proponents set forth their position and there was no one
appearing in opposition to said proposed annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano that it declare and it does hereby declare there was no majority protest
in connection with the public hearing held on the "Capistrano Shores" Annexation.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council declare and it does hereby
declare that there was no protest against said annecation by anyone at all.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved
