31 1WHEREAS, Dr. Ervin l7atkins and Hr. Nolan Doss, Sr. presented
41to the City Council a petition for annexation of certain territory
5;to the City of San Juan Capistrano; and
6I 17HEREAS, a public hearing was duly set thereon and carne on for
7'jlhearing this date; and,

II INHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no protests to the
glannexation of said territory.
10111 1101,11 THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

llilof San Juan Capistrano that it declare and it does hereby declare
121that there were "no protests" and therefore "no majority protests"
13iat said public hearing on the "Doss-17atkins" Annexation.
