Resolution Number 65-7-26-2153 RESOLUTION NO. 65-7-26-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DECLARING THAT THERE WAS A "NO MAJORITY PROTEST" IN THE REZONING OF KOLBET TRACT FROM U-1 TO R-1 AND R-3 WHEREAS, on this date the Mayor opened a public hearing to consider the rezoning of the Kolbet Tract from U-1 "Unclassified" to R-1 "Single -Family Residence" and R-3, "Multiple -family residence" Zones; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing no one appeared to oppose said rezoning; and WHEREAS, after full opportunity for any interested persons to be heard the public hearing was closed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano that it declare, and it does hereby declare that there was a "No Majority Protest" against said rezoning. The foregoing resolution was approves July, 1965.
