Resolution Number 65-6-28-1139 RESOLUTION NO 65-6-28-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DECLARING THERE WAS A "NO MAJORITY PROTEST" FOR THE PROPOSED ABANDONMENT OF A SEWER EASEMENT IN THE MISSION PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 28th day of June, 1965, to con- sider the abandonment of a sewer easement in the Mission Plaza Shopping Center; and WHEREAS, no one appeared to oppose the proposed amendment.
