RESOLUTION NO 65-6-28-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DECLARING THERE WAS A "NO
MAJORITY PROTEST" FOR THE PROPOSED ABANDONMENT
OF A SEWER EASEMENT IN THE MISSION PLAZA SHOPPING
CENTER
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 28th day of June, 1965, to con-
sider the abandonment of a sewer easement in the Mission Plaza Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, no one appeared to oppose the proposed amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano that it declare and it does hereby declare that there was a "No Majority
