Resolution Number 70-11-23-5363 RESOLUTION NO. 70-11-23-5 A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO THE HONORABLE WILLIAM HIRSTEIN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO. WHEREAS, WILLIAM HIRSTEIN has been a dedicated member of the Board of Supervisors, representing the Fourth Supervisorial District for sixteen arduous years; and WHEREAS, WILLIAM HIRSTEIN has served the County during a trying period of unprecedented growth, which has seen the County of Orange become the most populous County in the State of California. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, on this auspicious occasion of his retirement from formal public service, the City of San Juan Capistrano does hereby commend and extend its appreciation to the Honorable William Hirstein for his faithful service to the people of the County of Orange.
