CORATIONS FROii THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
Pill -PEAS, the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce finds
that it is unable to insure its Christmas decorations and does not
have adequate space within which to store the decorations; and,
WHEREAS, said Chamber of Commerce has requested that the City
of Sar. Juan Capistrano accept said decorations as an outright gift
of the Chamber of Commerce; and,
iHEREAS, the Cit,v Council finds that it is in the best in-
terests of the City to accept the offer of the Chamber of Commerce.
NO':1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED*by the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano that it accept and it does hereby accept the
Chris ti:iasdecorations offered to it by the San Juan Capistrano Cham-
ber of Commerce,
PISSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1970,
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, by the following vote, to wit:
