OF SAN JUAN CA.PISTRANO ESTABLISHING AND POST-
ING A LOAD LIMIT FOR A FRO NTTAGE ROAD,

I'M: E'AS, property owners along the newly paved portion of

the frontage road (Camino Capistrano in the vicinity of the Post
4i Office) have requested that a. 3 ton load limit be established for
5
the new pavement and that the same be posted with the new load

limit; and,

MERLA,S, the City Council finds that it is in the best in -
8
terests of the City to establish such a load limit and to order

the posting of the same, all as is authorized by ordinance,

of San Juan Capistrano that it establish and it does hereby estab-

lish a maximum load limit of 3 tons for the fronta.nge road along

Ca-mino Capistrano in the immediate vicinity of the Post Office.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public 'Norks

be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause said area to

be posted with signs indicating a maximum load limit of 3 tons. -
