RESOLUTION NO. 73-4-23-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMENDING DENNIS
PAQUIN FOR SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
WHEREAS, Dennis P. Paquin has always been a concerned and con-
spicuous participant in community affairs of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, accordingly, appoint Dennis Paquin
as their first Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, Dennis Paquin did, with characteristic charm and
efficiency lay the groundwork and chart the course for the organization
of a meaningful advisory commission; and
WHEREAS, Dennis Paquin has submitted his resignation as a member
of the City's Parks and Recreation Commission effective May 1, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the resignation of Dennis
Paquin be and is hereby accepted with regret.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano does hereby express its deep appreciation to Dennis
Paquin for his immeasurable contributions to City government and does
hereby commend him for his outstanding services to his community.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1973, by
the following vote, to wit:
